Healthy pH level of human blood is in a narrow range of 7.35-7.45. Alkaline food such as vegetables and fruits satisfy the healthy body pH, while meat, dairy, sugar, soda drinks, most refined processed food and cooked food are acidic. The polluted environment and stress in life and work also add acidic elements to our body. In today's world, many things are beyond our control.
