Nan's VegiBlend--To Your Health
Managing your dinner is one of the most important tool to keep a good health.
- Dinner before 7:00pm.
- Eat light food, easy for digestion.
- Take a 30-minute walk after the dinner.
Here is a recipe of Nan's VegiBlend that can be served before dinner, or served as the first course.
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small green pepper
- a slice of eggplant
- 1 stick of celery
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- juice of half lemon
Cut above in proper size and mix in a blender. Add water as needed and serve (do not add salt or sugar).
Celery and eggplant are the most important ingredients in this recipe. They play important roles in stabilizing blood pressure and cholesterol.
